FACTS AND INFORMATION

• Sweat can remove pigment and must be avoided during the first week of healing, especially the first 48 hours after the service. Please adjust your workout schedule accordingly — this is very important

• The appearance of the brows will change significantly during the healing process. For the first few days, the pigment may look much darker, lighter, or more red/warm toned than expected. Around days 5–14, it is normal for the color to become spotty or appear to fade almost completely as the skin sheds. Even, natural-looking color will gradually return. Because the healing process can feel extreme, the best advice is to stay out of the mirror during this time and trust the process. Final results should not be judged until after the Perfecting Visit

• Brows are sisters, not twins. Permanent Makeup is an art, not a science. Natural asymmetry in facial bone structure means the two brows will never be identical

• A complementary Perfecting Visit (touch-up) is included with all Permanent Makeup services and takes place approximately 8 weeks after the initial appointment. At this visit, the healed result is assessed and any needed adjustments are made. This complimentary appointment is forfeited if you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, and a $150 Rebooking Fee will apply if you wish to reschedule it*

• Chemicals regularly applied to the forehead or brows (such as Retin-A, hair-growth serums, etc.) can fade or change the appearance of the pigment even after the skin is fully healed

• Pigment should be given at least 2 weeks to settle in the skin before prolonged sun exposure or swimming. Please keep this in mind when planning vacations or outdoor activities. After your brows have healed, continue to protect them from the sun by wearing a hat and SPF 30 or higher whenever possible. Repeated unprotected sun exposure will negatively affect pigment retention over time

• UV rays or the use of a tanning bed without protecting the eyebrows can cause the pigment to turn gray or dark. This change is irreversible

• Complications from Nano Hairstrokes and MicroShading are extremely rare. The blades and needles used are sealed, sterile, and single-use. All supplies are properly disposed of after each service. Any post-procedure issues are almost always related to improper aftercare

• Allergic reactions are uncommon. In fact, permanent makeup is often a good option for people who are sensitive to traditional cosmetics. The pigments used are hypoallergenic and from highly reputable sources

• While your complete satisfaction is the goal, results cannot be guaranteed. Factors such as skin type, undisclosed health conditions, medications, and aftercare can all affect the final outcome
