POLICY FOR CANCELLING OR RESCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT
A Booking Fee is a payment required to secure any service appointment. The Booking Fee is applied to the cost of the service upon checkout on the day of the service appointment. The Booking Fee is NON- REFUNDABLE. When a minimum of 48 hours notice is given, the Booking Fee may be rolled to a rescheduled date, or to a different service if the client wishes (client must be within the guidelines of the Contraindications List for the new service). The Booking Fee is forfeited if less than 48 hours notice is given before cancelling or rescheduling the service appointment, no exceptions. Clients who wish to reschedule an appointment giving less than 48 hours notice will be required to pay an additional, non-refundable Booking Fee. Last minute cancellations and no- shows will not be rebooked.
The non- refundable Booking Fee is paid after an appointment has been approved and a date has been scheduled by admin, never before
All initial permanent makeup/ micropigmentation services (first time having that specific service with Emily Manbeck Cosmetic Artistry LLC) include one complimentary "Perfecting Visit"/ touchup done at 8 weeks post initial service. However, if the client misses or wishes to reschedule their complementary session without giving at least 48 hours advanced notice, they forfeit the complementary offer. A $75 fee will be required to re-book the appointment if desired
Service appointments are long and must begin on time. The appointment of any client arriving more than 15 minutes late will be subject to cancellation, if need be, so that the following clients' appointments can start on time. Booking Fee will be forfeited, no exceptions. A client whose appointment is cancelled due to being late will need to pay an additional booking fee if they wish to be rescheduled. Please be respectful of others by being on time for your appointment
