POLICY FOR CANCELLING
OR RESCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT

The Booking Fee is a non-refundable payment required to secure your service appointment. It should only be paid after your appointment has been approved and a date has been scheduled by administration — not before. The Booking Fee is deducted from the total cost of your service at checkout on the day of your appointment. If you wish to reschedule your appointment or change services, and you provide at least 48 hours’ advance notice, your Booking Fee may be transferred to a new date or to a different service (provided you meet the guidelines on the Contraindications List for the new service). The Booking Fee is forfeited (with no exceptions) if you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, or you fail to appear for your appointment. Clients who forfeit their Booking Fee and wish to reschedule their appointment will be required to pay a new, non-refundable Rebooking Fee in order to do so.*

All initial Permanent Makeup / Micropigmentation services (first-time having that specific service with Emily Manbeck Cosmetic Artistry LLC) include one complimentary Perfecting Visit (touch-up) which takes place approximately 8 weeks after the initial service.
If you miss or reschedule this complimentary session without giving at least 48 hours’ advance notice, the complimentary offer will be forfeited and a Rebooking Fee will be required in order to reschedule the appointment.*

Service appointments are lengthy and must begin on time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled so that the following clients’ appointments can start on schedule. In this case, your Booking Fee will be forfeited (no exceptions).
A client whose appointment is cancelled due to lateness will need to pay a Rebooking Fee if they wish to be rescheduled.*
