POLICY FOR CANCELLING OR RESCHEDULING 

  • A Booking Fee is a deposit required to secure any service appointment.  The Booking Fee is applied to the cost of the service upon checkout on the day of the service appointment. The Booking Fee is NON- REFUNDABLE and is forfeited if less than 48 hours notice is given before cancelling or rescheduling the service appointment, no exceptions.  Clients who wish to reschedule an appointment giving less than 48 hours notice will be required to pay an additional, non-refundable Booking Fee.  Last minute cancellations and no- shows will not be rebooked. 

The Booking Fee for a single service is $100  

The Booking Fee for 2 services done on the same day is $200 

The Booking Fee is paid after an appointment has been approved and a date has been scheduled

  • For new clients (first time with Emily Manbeck Cosmetic Artistry LLC), all permanent makeup/ micropigmentation services include one complimentary "Perfecting Visit"/ touchup at 8 weeks post initial service.  However, if the client wishes to cancel or reschedule their complementary session without giving at least 48 hours advanced notice, they forfeit the complementary offer. A $75 fee will be required to re-book the appointment if desired

  • Service appointments are long and must begin on time. The appointment of any client arriving more than 15 minutes late will be cancelled so that the following clients' appointments can start on time.  Booking Fee will be forfeited, no exceptions.  A client who's appointment is cancelled due to being late will need to pay an additional booking fee if they wish to be rescheduled.  Please be respectful of others by being on time for your appointment
