• A Booking Fee is a payment required to secure a service appointment. The Booking Fee is NON- REFUNDABLE and should only be paid after an appointment has been approved and a date has been scheduled by administration, not before.   The Booking Fee is deducted from the cost of service upon checkout on the day of the service appointment. When a minimum of 48 hours' advance notice is given, the Booking Fee may be transferred to a rescheduled date, or to a different service if the client wishes (client must be within the guidelines of the Contraindications List for the new service).  The Booking Fee is forfeited if less than 48 hours' advance notice is given before cancelling or rescheduling an appointment, no exceptions.  Clients who forfeit their Booking Fee and wish to reschedule an appointment  will be required to pay a new, non-refundable Rebooking Fee. Clients who do not give the required amount of notice before cancelling or resheduling an appointment may not be eligible for rebooking at the discretion of administration

• All initial Permanent Makeup/ micropigmentation services (first time having that specific service with Emily Manbeck Cosmetic Artistry LLC) include one complimentary "Perfecting Visit" (touchup) done 8 weeks post the initial service.  However, if the client misses or wishes to reschedule their complementary session without giving at least 48 hours' advance notice, they forfeit the complementary offer. A Rebooking Fee will be required to reschedule the appointment if the client so desires

• Service appointments are long and must begin on time. The appointment of any client arriving more than 15 minutes late will be subject to cancellation, if need be, so that the following clients' appointments can start on time.  The client's Booking Fee will be forfeited, no exceptions.  A client whose appointment is cancelled due to being late will need to pay a Rebooking fee if they wish to be rescheduled.  Please be respectful of others by being on time for your appointment
