PRE- CARE INSTRUCTIONS AND INFORMATION

Please read and be within the guidelines of the Lash Lift & Tint Contraindications list. 

Please arrive for your Lash Lift & Tint appointment with your eye area completely clean and free of all cosmetics. This includes mascara, eyeliner, and eyeshadow. Contact lenses must also be removed before your appointment.

Residual makeup can prevent the service products from properly penetrating the lashes and may compromise your results. Removing makeup in-studio takes additional time and often requires rubbing and makeup remover, which can leave the eyes sensitive or watery—conditions that are not ideal immediately before the procedure.

For these reasons, clients are required to arrive with the eye area already clean. Failure to do so will result in a $25 makeup removal fee.

Important safety note: Failing to remove contact lenses before a Lash Lift & Tint can lead to serious eye injury. Please remove your contacts and bring a case so they can be safely stored during the service. Contacts may be reinserted immediately after your appointment.
